Tennis MatchMaker Tennis
is proud to present our new E-Pass System. We are pleased to implement
this system based on feedback from our players. Thank you to everyone
for helping us with this new initiative. How Does E-Pass Work? You decide on a clinic that you would like to attend. When you click the SIGN ME UP link at the bottom of the event, you automatically receive a E-Pass that is e-mailed to your e-mail account. Print this pass and present it to the pro. When Do I Get Billed? When you sign up for an event that requires an e-pass, your card on file is billed. The transaction should post to your card about 24 hours after the clinic takes place. What if the event is cancelled by the pro due to weather? If the event is cancelled by the pro, your card will not be charged. Can I Unregister for an event? No because an E-Pass has already been issued, the transaction has already been sent to the accounting department. Can I get a refund? All E-Passes that have been issued are non-refundable. Can I bring a friend? If the clinic is open to the public, your friend can log on and register on their own. If the clinic is for MMT members only, your friend must become a MatchMaker Tennis member before they sign up. A temporary id can be issued for your friend if they are only in Charlotte for a short time. But you must call the office to get them a temporary member id. Can I pay for the clinic AT the clinic? No. The pro will only accept E-Passes for MMT sponsored clinics. Can
I register over the phone? Yes - during normal
business hours. The office is
open from Monday through Friday from 9 am to
5 pm EST. The office is closed during weekends and holidays.
If you are calling
for a temporary member number to attend a weekend
clinic, please call the office by noon the Friday
before
the
clinic. If you have additional questions, please call the office. |
