Some players like to take the winter season “off”. We aren’t saying that is a bad idea. You might want to scale back but it is better to play at least once every 7-10 days. It helps with weight management AND it keeps you sharper than the players who DID take the winter off. You will be really ready for the spring season (which opens next month).
